Just when we thought the pair of Aventador Ultimae versions were the last pure V12-powered Lamborghinis ever, the Italian manufacturer has gone ahead and proved us wrong by lifting the veil off of two new one-offs. Behold the Invencible coupe and Auténtica roadster, two ultra-exclusive bespoke creations built as a grand send-off to the iconic Italian manufacturer’s equally iconic V12 screamer in its purest form. Interestingly, Lamborghini chose to introduce the bespoke supercars just a few weeks before revealing the Aventador replacement, which will mark the beginning of its hybrid era. As you can see in the pictures, the pair of unique supercars consists of a one-off roadster and a one-off coupe, and both feature pretty aggressive designs.

As you might have already guessed, both supercars are based on the Aventador platform that debuted 12 years ago. Lamborghini says the styling of the two one-offs is inspired by the brand’s limited-productions models Sesto Elemento, Reventón, and Veneno. Both designs feature the brand’s signature hexagon theme, with the angular shape making its presence at different places, including the taillight assembly and the exhaust tips. The Invencible gets a coupe body style finished in a tone of red called Rosso Efesto, which is highlighted by black carbon accents. It is fitted with a massive rear wing which is suspended on swan-style mounting brackets with hexagon-shaped holes.

The Auténtica, on the other hand, is a roadster and is dressed in a gray-silver shade called Grigio Titans, which is contrasted by bright yellow pinstriping accents. Instead of a big wing, the roadster gets fins at the back along with a relatively less aggressive spoiler. Both the bespoke supercars are powered by the most potent version of the manufacturer’s revered 6.5-liter V12 engine, which can also be found in the Ultimae models. The unassisted V12 is capable of churning out 769 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque. Lamborghini chose not to reveal the performance figures, nor did it say anything about the pricing. Considering the Ultimae had a starting price of around $500,000, we won’t be surprised if the two one-of-one supercars are priced north of $1.5 million apiece
